The Grill, located in the Ritz-Carlton, Washington, DC (see), is elegant, stately and reinforces the Washingtonian charm with dark wood paneling accented by brass fixtures; a large, inviting fireplace; upholstered chairs; and a décor of muted hues. Chef de Cuisine Quang Duong, honed his skills throughout the Mid-Atlantic area, applying artistic touches to fresh, regional ingredients. Signature dishes include lobster bisque; pan-seared foie gras with brioche French toast and lady apples; seared duck breast; poached veal tenderloin; Mediterranean sea bass; and the crème brûlée trio. The Grill is the one gourmet experience on which both parties can agree.
