Situated right off the lobby of the Ritz-Carlton, Naples, The Grill feels like an exclusive
club with its warm, wood paneling, exclusive artwork and fireplace and live
music nightly. The menu, created by chef de Cuisine Trevor Hill, focuses on All-
American cuisine. The emphasis is on grilled meats, including filet mignon, ribeye,
New York strip, Colorado rack of lamb, veal and pork chops. Seafood and fowl are
also available with choices such as fennel-glazed chilean sea bass. The chef even
offers a heart-healthy menu with items such as wild salmon seared in olive oil.
