The Circular at The Hotel Hershey is an upscale restaurant and much of its food presentation is as creative and stylish as the newly renovated space. Entrée presentation is precise if rather straightforward, but desserts often have a fanciful design, utilizing and shaping Hershey’s signature chocolate into thin structures that add a playful dimension to the dish. The Old Fashioned — a dessert version of the classic drink — is beautifully plated with a delicate bitters foam topping bourbon chocolate mousse. Side dishes and soups, meanwhile, come in personal-sized crocks that have a homey feel.
