The Circular’s menu is fresh and inventive, utilizing local and seasonal ingredients for a two-tiered offering of starters and entrées. All starters can be ordered as an appetizer in a standard multi-course meal or ordered in tandem with other items for sharing. The formal entrée menu features a focused selection of assembled plates, paired by the chef to include sides. “From the Grill” choice meats like filet mignon, prime flat iron or king salmon include a choice of The Circular signature sauces and are ordered à la carte with a separate sides menu.
