Does Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong charge any fees?

Answers from Our Experts (1)

In addition to a 10 percent service charge and 5 percent government tax automatically billed to all rooms, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong does charge fees for certain amenities not included in the room rate. For example, Internet access at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel runs HK$160 (US$21) per day. However, in-room Internet is included in the Executive Club package, an optional upgrade for HK$1,500 (approximately US$195) per night for up to two people that also comes with garment pressing, express check-in and checkout, light breakfast and dinner buffets, and complimentary cocktails in the Executive Club Lounge on the 45th floor. Entry to the Executive Club Lounge is HK$2,000 per night for three people, HK$250 for children aged 3 to 11, and HK$500 for children 12 to 17. All suite rates include Executive Club Lounge access for up to two people.

If you need to cancel your reservation, be sure to do so at least 24 hours before 6 p.m. of the arrival date to avoid charges for a one night’s stay. Additional fees also apply for parking.
