Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has an expansive room service menu that ranges from hearty breakfasts to late night snacks. The Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel's all-day menu, available from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., includes appetizers such as caviar or foie gras confit, and entrées such as linguine with blue swimmer crab, a baked croquet monsieur and a hearty burger with tomato confit and horseradish mayonnaise. There’s also a large selection of Asian dishes, including udon with barbecued pork; wok-fried prawns with cashews; and Hainanese chicken with rice. Desserts are tempting, from the kaffir lime mango and French praline ice cream profiteroles to the classic cheesecake.
