Caprice, the French-inspired restaurant Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, has a total of 25 tables. Sixteen of those tables are arranged in two rows of eight along the restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Victoria Harbor and the Kowloon Peninsula; and we recommend dining here. The remaining nine tables are on the interior of the restaurant, and elevated one step up from the window-side tables, with banquette-style seating on one side of each table. Additionally, the Hong Kong restaurant has a private dining room that seats 12. There is also the possibility of booking a party in the wine-and-cheese cellar, which accommodates eight diners.
