The chef at Caprice is Fabrice Vulin, who joined the team in 2013. Before coming to Four Season Hotel Hong Kong's restaurant, Vulin served as executive chef at the hotel Château de la Chèvre d’Or in Eze, the South of France, for three years. The Briançon, France, native has spent most of his career in his home country with stints in kitchens in Geneva and Morocco.
