Bohemian indeed, this tiny 15-room hotel is a wonderful mixed bag of Beat-era inspiration and nostalgia as cast-iron beds, yellowing newspaper clippings and antique furniture fill the space. Although the rooms are small, and the bathrooms may require some fancy footwork to fit two people at once, the accommodations are charming. Staying here is like stepping into a writer’s nook—and in fact, if you luck into room 204, you’ll rest where Allen Ginsberg composed some of his poetry long ago.
