There really isn’t a bad table at Olivette, located within The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa. The restaurant is quite large with nearly floor-to-ceiling windows that provide views of the main entrance and the surrounding wooded areas. The tables that line the windows are perfect for seeing who is coming and going, and also great for enjoying the natural environs. Along the other side of the Forbes Travel Guide Recommended restaurant, there are leather booth-like tables running the course of the wall, suitable for larger parties or smaller parties of two. Within the center of the restaurant, there are high back booths making the restaurant feel as if it’s broken up a bit so it’s not just one big room. For those who like to be near all of the action, the back area, which is closest to the kitchen allows you to be in the middle of it all. For us, we like to be out of the way, so we think the best tables are either near the windows or against one of the walls so you can have more privacy.
