The Inn at Dos Brisas offers a wine list that’s just as extensive as the array of produce that comes out of their 10-acre organic farm. Owner Doug Bosch has been collecting wine for decades, purchasing bottles from private collectors or auctions and scouring the globe for true treasures. The fruit of his work is the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant’s 7,000-bottle collection. Highlights of the in-depth list include several vintages of both Latour and Leroy, and several bottles of Vega Sicilia, one of the most highly regarded and hardest to find wines in the world (wines are aged for more than a decade). The sommelier chooses new wines each night to complement the innovative, seasonal tasting menus.
