Glenmere Mansion has two restaurants: The Supper Room and Frogs End. The Supper Room is an intimate dining room that feels chic and elegant with luxe touches such as a sparkling chandelier, Italianate fireplace and hand-painted églomisé panels that showcase a stunning scene of the hills of Tuscany. While the décor is certainly impressive, the food, prepared by executive chef Geoffroy Deconinck (who’s worked with Forbes Travel Guide Tastemakers Daniel Boulud and David Bouley, and Alain Ducasse) is expertly created. You’ll only find prix fixe meals at The Supper Room, which offers brunch and dinner. You can expect dinner plates at The Supper Room to include items such as seared Hudson Valley foie gras, roasted mushroom ravioli or domestic lamb loin.

The hotel’s other eatery, Frogs End, offers guests a more casual spot to grab a meal. This cozy restaurant serves lunch and dinner, and a crackling fireplace makes it a comfortable destination during the colder months. Order starters such as deviled eggs or prosciutto chickpea fritters, and then move on to entrée options such as steak frites, beef bourguignon pot pie or grilled half chicken. The great thing about Glenmere’s dining options is that there are other spaces to enjoy your food other than the two restaurants, such as the lovely outdoor patio, the Cortile, or The China Room, the hotel’s private dining room. As the name suggests, The China Room displays the owners’ personal china collections and the dishes can even been used during private dinners.
