Hydro Bar and Grill is located in a historic brick building at the intersection of Lincoln and Washington streets. Blue awnings top the windows, and flower boxes are set on both sides of the front door. The atmosphere here is casual—menus are on a small table near the door, and guests select a table or booth, or a seat at the bar. Inside, exposed brick walls, bare wood tables, a high ceiling, and cement floor add to the casual atmosphere. At the rear of the dining room sits the U-shaped bar, where more than 20 microbrews from the western United States are available on draft. Live music is performed on weekends.
