Spa at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club includes a huge relaxation lounge and locker rooms. The relaxation lounge has high wood-beamed ceilings, ample seating and a café. The furnishings are plush and comfortable and it’s a nice spot to grab lunch before your treatments. You can wait for your therapist there, inside the meditation room within the well-maintained locker room or outside by the pool. Located right by the entrance and a service desk within the locker room, the meditation room isn’t totally quiet but it’s calming enough and there are plenty of magazines. We found that the plush sofas, ottomans and dim lighting allowed us to empty our mind of any distractions. The locker room has a steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi with a water wall and nice showers, plus thick towels. Lockers are in little nooks clustered around ottomans with plenty of space to change comfortably. Right outside the locker room is our favorite spot at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-star spa. The hydrotherapy pool is ringed by chaise lounges and large daybeds where you can also order lunch or just curl up and take a nap. A snack hut next to the pool offers coffees and other refreshments.
