Going out for Chinese has never felt so refined. With a great view of Lake Bellagio, this dining room is regal and elegant with warm pastel tones and glowing chandeliers. Chef Phillip Lo’s menu includes traditional Cantonese, Szechwan and Hunan fare as well as nouveau Hong Kong cuisine. Traditional dishes like hot and sour soup are done with panache. The Maine lobster dumplings with a ginger dipping sauce are excellent, as is the garlic beef tenderloin. Be sure to specify that you’d like a table by the open windows to ensure an uninterrupted view of the famed Bellagio fountains.
