Jillian’s is considered by many to be one of America’s most romantic restaurants. Housed in a 1948 hacienda, the restaurant features a beautiful garden through which guests pass to reach the dining area, where tables are set with fresh flowers and candles. Selections from the lengthy and impressive wine list perfectly accompany the eclectic menu, which includes creations like prime boneless short ribs braised in California cabernet and rack of Colorado lamb with a Dijon herb crust. Featured desserts, like chocolate brioche pudding and blueberry cheesecake, are made fresh on premises daily, as are all pastas and breads.
