Unlike many Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star spas, the cancellation policy at Halele’a Spa allows you to change your mind almost up until the last minute. Not that you would ever want to miss out on a fabulous treatment at this North Shore spa, but sometimes, you can’t help it. As long as you let Halele’a Spa know at least four hours before your scheduled appointment, you won’t be penalized. However, waiting until the very last minute (like we’re all guilty of doing), will come back to bite you in the butt — immediately. Canceling within that four-hour time period will not only cause you to miss out on a relaxing spa treatment, but you’ll also have to pay the full amount as a cancellation charge.
