Taking full advantage of its seaside location in Old Lahaina, this casual restaurant gives diners access to unfettered views of the island of Lanai across the Pacific. Kimo's was the first restaurant in the T S Restaurants chain, which specializes in casual waterfront dining and has since extended its reach into California. A two-story property, the open ground level is primarily for casual lunchtime seating at teak tables under umbrellas. With its koa wood walls and maritime memorabilia, the upstairs dining room is a bit more formal, but not much. Wherever you end up dining, the menu features local seafood at market prices, along with steaks and other island favorites and Kimo's specialty dessert, hula pie.
