Located on a lovely residential, tree-lined block of the Upper East Side, Kings' Carriage House is an exquisite and intimate restaurant with all the comforts of an antique-filled Irish manor house. Owned by former food stylist Elizabeth King and her husband, Paul Farell, a native of Dublin, this is indeed one of Manhattan's most enchanted and personal restaurants. Special treats include Sunday afternoon tea and the Sunday roast dinner, but the everyday menu with dishes like shrimp bisque and Irish smoked salmon is winning as well.
