Guests at The Barn at Blackberry Farm can look forward to an inventive amuse bouche before dinner, a dessert amuse, and a sweet treat at the end of the evening. The offerings change frequently, but on the evening we dined, a fresh raw oyster topped with Blackberry Singing Brook cheese was offered. The dessert muse was an elegant frozen coffee granita. After dinner, handmade milk chocolates wrapped in a small decorative bag were presented, compliments of the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant's chef.
