L'Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles’ dining options run the gamut from casual cuisine to fine dining. For starters, there's Le Café, a 24-hour casual eatery where guests can get breakfast, lunch sandwiches, seafood and desserts around the clock. If you're really hungry for seconds, try Le Beaucoup Buffet, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. The buffet also serves international dishes and delicious Louisiana crawfish when in season. Burger lovers will enjoy Jack Daniel's Bar & Grill, which offers indoor or outdoor dining, and Touloulou's, a beachside bar and grill, opened on weekends and holidays. L'Auberge is also home to Asia, a noodle and sushi bar that also specializes in Asian-fusion dishes; Lattes, a coffee bar that serves Louisiana's own PJ's Coffee; and Desserts, which serves homemade pastries and gelato. For fine dining, there's Ember Grille & Wine Bar, which features steaks, seafood and high-end wines. Ember also serves desserts created by pastry chef Bill Foltz, who has competed for Team USA in the prestigious World Pastry Cup.
