Located within the historic Inn at Leola Village, TÈ Restaurant’s tables mostly overlook the courtyard garden of the hotel — though inside the dining room itself, there is more than enough décor to take in. The chef, who is an architect by trade and a licensed interior designer, created the dining room setup along with the menu. Immediately upon entering the room, you’ll see a long, wooden table with a carefully set arrangement of seasonal vegetables (though they look quite real, they are in fact not). These types of vegetable and fruit presentations also adorn the mantelpiece of the fireplace and add a rustic touch to the fine-dining experience at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star restaurant.
