What restaurants does Bellagio have?

Bellagio has a wide variety of restaurant choices, from grab-and-go sandwiches to white tablecloth dining. The fine dining options at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel include: Jasmine, a lake-view spot serving a modern fusion of Cantonese, Szechwan and Hunan cuisine; Le Cirque, an outpost of the famed New York French restaurant; Michael Mina, serving seasonal seafood and vegetarian fare from the Michelin-starred chef; Picasso, offering regional cuisine from France and Spain surrounded by the painter’s original works; and Prime Steakhouse, an opulent Las Vegas steak and seafood spot from celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Bellagio is also home to a number of contemporary restaurants: Lago, Julian Serrano's interpretation on Italian fare; Harvest, an homage to rustic farm-fresh cuisine by Roy Ellamar; Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant and Lounge, modern Japanese food and sushi; Todd English’s Olives, which offers pastas, steaks and rotisserie served in a sleek dining room; Fix, offering all-American fare from pizzas to rib-eyes; and Noodles, featuring dishes from four different Asian regions.

For more casual dining at this famed Las Vegas hotel, try the 24-hour Café Bellagio, the café at the pool or the Palio café. All of these options offer up coffee, sandwiches and pastries for a quick bite on your way to the casino.

A couple of my favorite restaurants located inside the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Bellagio include chef Akira Back’s Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge and chef Todd English’s Olives. I love the energy at Yellowtail — whether you’re just grabbing a drink at the bar, sitting in the main dining room or on the patio for dinner, the vibe is sexy (I once sat at a table across from Paris Hilton and company) and the specialty rolls are delicious (try the rock shrimp hand roll and the yellowtail scallion)! But I also enjoy going to Olives around lunchtime and sitting on the patio so I can catch the Fountains of Bellagio show. My meal of choice at this modern Mediterranean restaurant is the ricotta ravioli (roasted tomato basil sauce, sweet Italian sausage and garlic bread crumbs). It’s fantastic and when paired with a glass of wine — Olives features a collection of more than 900 vinos! — you just can’t go wrong.
