When you return to your room at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas, you’ll find an oasis of tranquility filled with thoughtful personal touches worthy of a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel. For starters, your decorative pillows will be removed and your bedding turned down for convenience. Look to your nightstand for bottled water and glasses provided for each guest along with an inspirational message from the Spa — along with a few rose petals in a bowl. In addition, a Turndown Tray will be placed on your bed containing laundry slips, laundry bags, a spa directory and a breakfast menu for timed breakfast delivery if desired. When you go to wash your face before bed, you’ll notice a bathmat conveniently placed outside of the shower door. Signature Mandarin Oriental relaxation music will play on both the bedroom and bathroom television, all of the lights will be dimmed and your blackout curtain will be closed. If you’re not interested in all of this atmosphere, just hit a goodnight switch and all of the room functions will turn off.
