If you’ve just won big in the ritzy Encore Casino, Andrea’s is the place to go to celebrate. Aside from the fact that it’s literally right off the casino floor, this swanky restaurant boasts a pretty impressive wine list. You may be the sharing type, in which case you’ll want to opt for one of the large-format bottles — perhaps the six-liter 2011 Bertaud Bélieu for $910 or the 2000 Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs magnum for $897. You’ll also find two options of 2004 Louis Roederer Cristal (one brut and one rosé for $875 and $1,985, respectively). Another sparkling favorite is the 2000 Dom Pérignon rosé for $962. But if you really want to do it big, order a bottle of the 2009 Wynn Signature Label cabernet for a cool $3,300. There’s also a special bottle of sake — the Shichiken, Dozo-Jukusei from Yamanashi Prefecture — for $888.
