You won’t necessarily find seasonal dishes at Andrea’s, but that doesn’t mean each ingredient isn’t fresh. The menu, which ranges from Wagyu beef sliders to five-spice garlic lobster to specialty sushi rolls, is extensive enough to allow even the most frequent diners to consistently try new items. With seafood dominating the menu, you can be sure that chef Joseph Elevado is sourcing the freshest fish to make his Asian-inspired restaurant a hit. Since Andrea’s just opened in December 2012, we haven’t seen quite enough seasons to really know if Elevado plans to change things up. But if it’s falling into a rut and ordering the same thing every time you visit that you’re worried about, forget it — with a five-page menu (not including desserts or special menus for allergies), you’ll have plenty of options for switching things up a bit.
