Whether you plan to start your night at Andrea’s and continue on next door to Surrender nightclub, or you just prefer a cocktail with dinner, there’s plenty to choose from at this swanky restaurant. You’ll find an entire specialty cocktail menu filled with everything from sweet martinis to punch bowls. If you’re looking to try the signature, opt for The Lulu, a delightful concoction of Grey Goose vodka, Malibu rum, Cointreau, crème de pêche, Disaronno liqueurs and fresh sweet and sour. For something a little more celebratory, try Wynn’s signature cocktail, The Dream, which is Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne, St. Germain elderflower liqueur and preserved hibiscus.
But our Forbes Travel Guide editors have to admit that if you’re at Andrea’s with a group, ordering a punch bowl is the way to go. Perhaps you’re in the mood for a sweet treat; order the Adult Caramel Popcorn punch with Stoli Salted Karamel vodka, Licor 43, Cruzan coconut rum, apple and lemon juice, and baked apple bitters. A more spritzy option is The Aphrodisiac with Belvedere Lemon Tea vodka, Aperol Aperitivo, prosecco, St. Germain elderflower liqueur and passion fruit puree. And you can cool off with the Cucumber Fresh and its Patrón Silver tequila, Ty Ku Citrus liqueur, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, blue curacao liqueur, fresh lime juice and Mr. Q. cucumber soda. All of the punches are available as cocktails as well.
