Chef Joseph Elevado left sunny Beverly Hills in December 2012 to open Encore at Wynn Las Vegas’ newest dining concept, Andrea’s. Not only is it a new restaurant in one of the swankiest hotels on the Strip, it’s also an innovative dining concept in its own right. Combining nightlife with dining, Andrea’s is an exciting restaurant — from the menu to the music. And Elevado uses that atmosphere to his advantage. When he was creating the Asian-inspired shareable menu, Elevado wanted to encourage the energetic scene.
It’s the chef’s goal to make dinner at Andrea’s as exciting and memorable as the night will certainly be next door at Surrender nightclub. He pulls from his own preferences when dining out with friends — sharing family-style dishes.
