Dinner at AquaKnox will set you back about $90 per person on average. The Las Vegas restaurant describes its menu as “global water cuisine,” and to that end, you’ll find mostly fish and seafood dishes on the main menu, with a few beef and chicken dishes as well. Appetizers range from $15 to $24, with Maine lobster bisque on the lower end and yellowfin ahi tuna crudo on the higher end. Salads cost between $11 and $18.
