When it comes time to order some post-dinner treats at Aureole Las Vegas, you can’t beat the signature dessert sampler. The four-dessert sampler dish is the most popular pick at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant, probably because it gives you a nice taste of several sweets on the menu. The dish changes seasonally, but the warm molten chocolate cake, topped with a unique flavor of ice cream, like blackberry chip, is a staple. During our visit, the sampler also included Grand Marnier crème caramel, lemon-lime pound cake and a mocha brownie. Aside from the sampler, modern twists on French classics appear regularly on the dessert menu; the vanilla bean crème brûlée with a chocolate macaron showcases executive pastry chef Megan Romero’s ability to expertly blend textures and flavors.
