Aureole Las Vegas is well-known for its extensive wine list, but the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant also serves up special liquors. You can find rare grappas and cognacs behind the bar; the grappas are hand-selected and boutique-styled. However, if the massive four-story glass-and-steel wine tower in the main dining room hasn’t clued you in, wine is the specialty at the Las Vegas restaurant. The wine tower holds 10,000 selections, but the restaurant carries more than 60,000 bottles. Among the offerings are 2,200 types of international and domestic wines, including a collection of rare, vintage bordeaux. It can be overwhelming to decide on a particular pour, but the restaurant’s wine director and his team of four sommeliers can help you choose a wine that will pair nicely with dinner. You can have a grappa or cognac for dessert.
