When you dine at Aureole Las Vegas, from acclaimed chef and restaurateur Charlie Palmer, you’ll find that service at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant is knowledgeable and attentive without being stuffy. Servers greet you with a kind smile and casual demeanor. The staff does its best to make you comfortable and to ensure you have a memorable meal.
While the servers are happy to answer any questions about the food, the restaurant has its own special team to assist you in navigating the massive wine list. Four sommeliers and a wine director can choose the bottle to match your taste and budget. Aureole has the largest wine selection in Las Vegas, with more than 60,000 bottles on offer, so it helps to have a sizable staff dedicated to finding a great pairing.
Aside from finding the perfect wine-and-food pairing, the restaurant goes out of its way to help you. For example, if you’re running late, the staff kindly holds your reservation for 30 minutes before canceling it, which isn’t a small favor since the dining room is regularly full. In case something comes up last minute and you have to scrap your reservation, the restaurant does not charge a cancelation fee. The small touches from the great staff make a big difference.
