Chef Masa Takayama follows up his New York success with barMASA, located within ARIA at CityCenter. The restaurant is actually two in one. At barMASA, guests dine on simply prepared, traditional Japanese fare in a sleek and open space that resembles a large airport hangar. The menu changes seasonally and includes a variety of sushi and sashimi, as well as dishes such as uni risotto with truffles and Peking duck with foie gras. The more intimate Tetsu offers a teppan grill menu and just a handful of tables, including two communal teppan grill tables where skilled chefs prepare your meal (think korubuta pork and shishito peppers) in front of you. It's an exclusive, rare dining experience in Las Vegas.
