You won’t see the Americanized Italian desserts so commonly served at many other Italian restaurants at B&B Ristorante; that means no cannoli and no tiramisu. Instead, the Las Vegas restaurant from Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich serves seasonal desserts, such as a blueberry lemon thyme crostata with vanilla bean gelato, a bruciato mascarpone served with market raspberries, or a grappa panna cotta with brown sugar strawberries. And of course, you’ll find an array of biscotti, gelati and sorbetti, as well as a fine selection of cheeses, coffee and digestivi. When we ate at B&B, we ordered the blueberry lemon thyme crostata, the chocolate and strawberry gelati, and an amari digestive. Sure, it sounds like a lot — and it was — but you’ll have a tough time beating the authentic Italian desserts B&B Ristorante serves.
