Just as the wine list at the Forbes Travel Guide recommended B&B Ristorante exclusively features a variety of wines produced in Italy, the cheese course also features a selection of Italian-only cheeses to choose from — and that’s not a bad thing.
Chef Mario Batali’s whirlwind tour of authentic regional Italian cuisine at B&B accordingly includes the finest dairy products from around the country. The last time our editors ordered the cheese course, options included paglierina, caprino, ricotta di pecora, salva cremasco, robiola di capra and blu di bufala, just to name a few.
There are four different options for this recommended restaurant’s cheese course: three cheeses for $15, five for $21, seven for $26 or all 10 available cheeses for $45.
