We wouldn’t qualify Café Presse as being a romantic restaurant. It’s more of a coffee shop, serving espresso-based coffee drinks, teas and soft drinks, as well as pastries, sandwiches and salads. You can sit and enjoy a quick cup of coffee or a sandwich at any of the tables in this Las Vegas eatery, but its high-traffic area and open hallway leading from restaurant row to the Sands Expo Center means there’s always people milling about (i.e. you’ll be hard-pressed to find any privacy here). So with that in mind, you might want to find a more intimate place for your rendezvous — and between the Venetian and the Palazzo, you’ll have plenty of options.
