You won’t have to worry about a formal dress code at Carnevino, the steakhouse inside the Palazzo from culinary wizards Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich. While the Italian restaurant serves world-class cuisine in a steakhouse setting, it doesn’t require collars, jackets or formal dresses; you’ll see fellow diners wearing shorts and sandals as well as suits and cocktail dresses. We’d recommend dressing up a bit more for dinner, but you’ll be comfortable in just about anything at the taverna and bar. So instead of stressing over your outfit, figure out what you’re going to order from the meat-heavy menu.
