Named for its location overlooking Wynn Las Vegas’s Lake of Dreams and its dramatic curtain waterfall, this seafood restaurant’s outdoor patio offers prime views of the nightly spectacle-filled music show. Inside, the bold dining room is decorated in orange, gold and bright white tones with padded orange banquettes and booths. Chef David Walzog creates the cuisine here (as well as at steps-away SW Steakhouse), serving up chilled oysters and grilled chipotle-marinated swordfish. Don’t miss dessert — treats are displayed here on a rolling “Sweet Cart Named Desire.”
