One of the best seafood stops in the city is the Lakeside Oyster Happy Hour, which is offered in the Lakeside bar and lounge nightly from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Although this special at the Wynn Las Vegas isn’t widely advertised it’s still immensely popular, with 3,000 oysters shucked and served each week. Choose from a variety of West Coast and East Coast oysters on a half shell for only $1.50 each (don’t miss “the perfect oyster,” the briny Kumamoto). We recommend the oyster shooter and the baked oysters Rockefeller. Later in the evening, appetizers from the full dinner menu may also be ordered in the bar and lounge. Forbes Travel Guide editors especially like the fried calamari, sliced Ibérico ham and baked Littleneck clams to pair with Lakesides beverage offerings including specialty beers, international wines and specialty cocktails exclusive to the restaurant, like the Lakeside Mojito, the Berry-politan and the Coffee Manhattan.
