Down a long hallway far away from the casino, The Country Club feels exactly as it should: exclusive. But that doesn’t mean the space is stuffy. With gorgeous views of the waterfalls on the 18th hole of the Wynn golf course, the restaurant has a supper club vibe to it, with dark woods, plaid carpeting and low lighting. The friendly staff makes you feel like a long-standing member from the moment you enter to your last sip of wine. For lunch, you’ll find excellent burgers and more casual offerings such as a French dip and a grilled hot dog. Dinner is more subdued and slightly more formal, with a variety of steaks including a charbroiled 20-ounce rib chop and a veal T-bone.
