The Country Club’s executive chef Carlos Guia offers special gifts and treats throughout the course of your meal at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant. When we dined, we received his delicious sliced beets covered in wasabi horseradish sauce. Various tables were also served the crab cake as a special gift. We also noticed smaller portions of the specialty desserts sent to various tables as a thank you. You’ll never know what the chef might send out, but you can most likely expect an extra bite of something delicious.
