What are the locker rooms like at ESPA at Vdara?

The locker rooms at ESPA at Vdara are just as soothing and calming as the rest of the spa, with natural gray and white stone floors, flowing white drapery and wooden benches to sit on. When you arrive at the spa, a host will bring you upstairs to your locker, where a soft, microfiber robe from Chadsworth & Haig and massaging rubber sandals await you, along with a small, personalized welcome note. The lockers are a beautiful dark wood color with a four-digit code lock, so you don’t have to worry about leaving your cell phone and wallet or fumbling with keys. There’s also an electronic scale so you can check out your weight (in case you’re wondering) before you hit the sauna.

The sink area continues the light gray and white marble on the countertop and is well lit with several tall lights in between each mirror. You’ll find a vanity area with stools, hair dryers, brushes, lotions and hair products.

Located through the locker rooms are additional amenities that spa-goers have access to, including a Jacuzzi, a redwood sauna, a eucalyptus steam room and showers, which are also well stocked with bath products. The showers feature soothing blue glass doors with mosaic tile floors, and near the hot tub you’ll find candles illuminating the wall with a large circular water feature flowing into the tub. Heated lounge chairs are situated near the hot tub so you can chill out or take a quick snooze. If you’re thirsty, there’s also water and ice available.

Access to the locker rooms is included with every spa treatment, but if you’re a guest at Vdara Hotel & Spa and just want to check it out, you can pay $25 for the day, or $50 if you’re a non-hotel guest. But, the relaxation you get from your visit is priceless.

Locker rooms are separated into male and female areas; guests are given a locker and personal code for security once they enter the spa. A guest robe and towel are provided in the personal locker along with slippers. The locker room consists of showers, restrooms, as well as bath products, hair dryers, curling irons, etc.
