If you have to miss or reschedule your appointment at ESPA at Vdara, be sure to check out the cancellation policy so you don’t get hit with a fee for unused services. When you make your appointment, the spa will ask for a credit card number to keep on file. If you give at least 24 hours’ notice before canceling, you won’t be charged a penny; but if you don’t show up or give less than 24 hours’ notice, you’ll be billed for the entire treatment you booked. And that’s not fun.
Try to arrive on time or early, as the spa likes to keep appointments running on time — your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled even if you arrive late. The spa suggests you arrive about 45 minutes prior to your treatment to have enough time to check in, change into your soft robe and check out the relaxation lounge. You can also take advantage of the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi tub in the locker room at ESPA at Vdara before or after your treatment.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a guest does not cancel 24 hours prior to their appointment, they will be charged 100% of their treatment fee.
