The signature dish at Aqueous is without a doubt, our made-to-order, dry aged steaks. Unlike traditional steakhouses that offer diners a selection in the cut of meat, Aqueous offers guests the opportunity to fine-tune what they ideally consider "the best cut" by selecting aging styles. Our Beef Menu features a 24 oz. Porterhouse, 18 oz. Bone-In-Ribeye, 28 day aged New York Strip and a Prime Filet, all of which are served with sauce and available “Au Poivre” upon request.
