Circa 55 is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as Sunday brunch. Located at The Beverly Hilton next to the famed Aqua Star Pool — the only heated outdoor pool in Beverly Hills — you’ll have a great view while you nosh on your breakfast, served from 6:30 to 11 a.m. We love the American breakfast, which gives you full range of the hot and cold buffets and options like bagels, an international cheese board, yogurt, seasonal fruit, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, French toast and applewood-smoked bacon. Do take note, the buffet is only available until 10:30 a.m and Sunday brunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Circa 55 is open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. when you can order tasty soups, salads and sandwiches such as a grilled Havarti cheese sandwich with classic tomato soup and a farmer’s market beet salad made with marinated, roasted yellow and red beets, hearts of palm and coriander-cumin vinaigrette.
Dinner at Circa 55 is served from 5 to 10 p.m. with a Polynesian island flavor (it’s similar to the dinner menu you’ll find next door at Trader Vic’s Lounge). We love the steamed lobster dumplings in a seven-spice chili sauce and the Thai red curry made with coconut milk and your choice of chicken, prawns or steak. Of course, you have to order the original mai tai while you’re here — Trader Vic lays claim to the 1944 invention of the potent, rum-filled drink.
