At breakfast, omelets are filled with generous portions of meat and cheese, sides are cooked to crispy perfection and plates are garnished with a fresh slice of tomato. When the lights dim in the retro dining room, you’ll find that even the island-themed dinner menu features fresh produce. Try the Thai red curry dish: coconut milk broth (tinted red with curry paste) filled with chunks of zucchini, squash and eggplant swimming alongside bright red prawns.
