The most signature dessert at The Polo Lounge is the chocolate soufflé, which is only available on the dinner dessert menu. It's topped with a Beverly Hills Hotel white chocolate logo. Of course, you can still choose from other traditional and indulgent desserts such as the warm molten chocolate bread pudding and the warm apple galette with caramel ice cream. On the lighter side, there’s a selection of homemade sorbets — think mango, lemon and coconut — and an artisanal American cheese plate served with accompaniments, local honey and toasted baguette slices.
