In creating the design concept for The Beverly Hills Hotel Spa, architect Dianna Wong unveiled a new destination at the legendary Five-Star Beverly Hills Hotel. The space is meant to be timeless but also to recharge and renew the senses. The reception area features pure and natural tones that are carried throughout the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star spa, and off of this area are the separate lounges for the women’s and men’s spa sections. These lounges are light-filled, contemporary and clean, an ideal setting for decluttering the mind before heading into a treatment. The changing rooms are clean and simple spaces with leather ottomans at the lockers, soft green Brazilian stone countertops, tile showers and saunas. Pink and green glass tiles accent the tile walls; wet areas are paved with Italian porcelain tiles. The walls throughout reflect a pale blush hue that enhances a sense of well-being.
