Southern contemporary cuisine is on the menu three meals a day at Sway, the new restaurant/bar situated on the Hyatt Regency Louisville's first floor where it opens up to vibrant Fourth Street. With an emphasis on seasonal fare, every dish at Sway features at least one ingredient sourced from a farm within 150 miles of Louisville. In addition to local favorites such as southern fried chicken, corn bread salad, and chess pie, the menu offers healthier Stay Fit options such as barbecue chicken and berry salad (seasonally).
