Lumière has made a name for itself for being a stunning and elegant restaurant that offers European-style dining of the most divine order. After an extensive renovation, Lumiere is now open and even better than before. Executive Chef Dale MacKay recently partnered with New York-based chef Daniel Boulud to provide a menu filled with innovative dishes to please your palette. Choose from a five-course tasting menu ($115), a five-course vegetarian tasting menu ($115) or the seven-course chef’s menu ($155), all of which offer wine pairings. Besides the menu, the dining room has been revamped with warm neutral tones of browns and greens throughout and a sophisticated retro style.
